As a reward for a student who had learnt Old Djenné, I added a couple of players and an upbeat 12/8 opening section (which returns at the end). In the opening section, all three players play on a single marimba. Player 1 stands on the opposite side, playing black notes only.

In the middle section, Players 1 & 2 take turns improvising on the vibraphone, which is easily performed by using notes of the F major scale.
